Recipes: Transition from summer to fall

Honey, you’re a peach
– 1 ripe peach
– 1 teaspoon of honey
– 1 egg yolk
Peel and dice up your peach. Throw the diced peach in a bowl and add the honey + egg yolk and mix/mash it all together then apply to your face!
After the summer has left us high and dry (literally) – this quick facial mask tightens and hydrates the skin, while promoting it’s ability to rejuvenate and refresh damaged skin.
Cool as a cucumber, sweet as a peach
– 1/2 ripe peach
– 1/2 cucumber
Puree the ingredients into a food processor until smooth. Apply to your face and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Ripe with enzymes, vitamins, and silica, this DIY mask tightens pores and reduces acne, while silica nourishes the connective tissue and rejuvenates the skin.
Peachy clean
– 1/4 ripe peach (soft)
– 1/4 apple
– 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor then apply to clean skin. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes then rinse with warm water.
Transition from summer to fall with this gentle + effective fruit enzyme face mask. The two fruits restore collagen and nourish the skin.

Peach
Ingredients:
1 ripe peach

Watermelon
Ingredients:
1 tsp. watermelon juice
1 tsp. plain Greek yogurt
Directions:
Mix watermelon juice with Greek yogurt. Apply to face. Let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
