A true midwesterner, especially one from Chicago, may complain about the iffy “spring” weather but that doesn’t stop them from getting out to make appearances, say hello, and enjoy the great city. As March comes to a close the ladies of Leah Chavie attended some wonderful events throughout Chicago including the 900 Shops Cheeky Fashion Show and the River East Art Center.
